From our Beehives: Local Honey Sales Supporting The North End Community Health Centre

Since 2022 we have worked closely with Alveole, installing and maintaining two urban beehives on the rooftop of Scotia Square. These hives provide many benefits to our communities including producing hyper-local honey. 

While this initiative supports our commitment to our sustainability efforts, much like our bees, it also allows us to support our community. Again this year we are selling the honey from our hives with all proceeds being donated to the North End Community Health Centre (NECHC). The NECHC supports the health and well-being of our community through quality primary health care, education, and advocacy. 

To purchase your honey visit our Client Service Centre Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. Jars are $5 each (cash only).
