BULLFROG POWER
Supporting the Canada C3 Expedition with Bullfrog Power

Crombie REIT is proud to partner with Bullfrog Power to support renewable energy projects in the Maritimes and across Canada. In one of the latest environmental partnerships made possible with the support of Bullfrog customers like Crombie REIT, Bullfrog Power is teaming up with Canada C3, an expedition that aims to engage millions of Canadians across the country.

Canada C3, a Signature Project for Canada’s 150th anniversary, features a 150-day sailing journey from Toronto to Victoria via the Northwest Passage. Through this journey, Canada C3 will share the stories of coastal communities and connect Canadians from coast to coast to coast.

Through the partnership, Bullfrog Power will provide green electricity for the Canada C3 “Ship t’ Shore” events across the country as well as green fuel for the first leg of the Canada C3 Expedition. The impact of the remaining legs of the journey will be addressed by high-quality offsets from Less Emissions Inc., a sister company to Bullfrog Power.

Crombie REIT signed on with Bullfrog in 2014, and chooses green electricity for the parking garages and EV charging stations at Scotia Square in Halifax. By choosing green energy, Crombie REIT is reducing its environmental impact, supporting new community-based renewable energy projects and creating awareness of clean energy in the Maritimes and across Canada.
